Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Geriatric Massage
Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and also increase range of motion. If you are elderly, geriatric massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health, as well as regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. In addition, since the elderly don't typically receive enough physical touch, this massage can also help alleviate symptoms of loneliness or depression.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Pain Relief Treatment
A most effective treatment I developed using a blend of trigger point therapy and the “Muscle Release Technique”. An exclusive therapy where scar tissue is broken up, the muscle is lengthened, muscle memory is restored and relief from pain often starts immediately!
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
You and your appointments are very important to me. I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedules accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee each time. Here is my general breakdown of cancellation fees:

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

Appointments made within a 24-hour period (day of) that need to cancel must do so within 2 hours of said appointment or will be charged 50% of service price
As a courtesy, I do email and text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I'm unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
